
Our Indoor/Outdoor Bootcamp promises to kick your butt! The one-hour class is cardio and strength based and takes place at our Upper Arlington and Polaris studios.

Bootcamp adds diversity to your workout routine, ensures that you are being challenged and you’ll meet some great people.
Tell your friends. $12 for a single session. If you or your friend is new to bootcamp the first session is free and if you sign up for 19 sessions you get a free personalized CFC bootcamp t-shirt. Sign up for ten sessions and get the price of nine. If you sign up for all 19 sessions it will only be ten dollars a session.

Every Saturday, starting January 8th, Margaret will be teaching an Ashtanga yoga class at our Upper Arlington location. This yoga class is for beginners who want to get an intensive 1 hour of stretching on top of their cardio and strength training. Every week you will progress in the moves you are learning so it is important for you to commit for eight weeks or at least most of the classes.
The eight week series will be $80 ($12 per class). Yoga will be 10:15-11:15am. We will have some yoga mats on hand but we highly encourage you to bring your own, as we will probably not have enough for everyone. There is limited space so sign up online or call 614.488.3308. To help take away financial stress and allow our customers to afford being able to take care of their health and fitness we are rolling out a Slot Sharing program at our Polaris location.
Each time slot will be dedicated to two people to train together at the same time with a personal trainer. Therefore, allowing the two people to share the cost!
