It is possible to lose weight but not have to deprive yourself of the foods you like. And because we live such a fast paced life and many of our meals happen on the go our nutrition plans teaches you how to eat out and still be able to lose weight. However, if you are able to cook at home all the meals on our nutrition plan is less than a ten minute prep!
We want to teach you how to eat for life and therefore make it a realistic goal for everyone. There is a one-on-one consultation with our nutritionist to map out for exactly what to do for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and dessert. The one-on-one meeting is also a good opportunity to go through any special nutritional needs some people may have due to different conditions or diseases. A one month follow-up is included in the program and additional follow-up meetings with the nutritionist is available, if needed.
