On-Trak Program
Are you not getting the most out of your workouts? Are you bored with cardio? Can’t afford personal training? Are group workouts more motivating for you?
This program may be the answer! On-Trak is designed to be a circuit of both strength training and cardio. The goal is to keep you moving and your hear rate up in your target zone for almost an hour, therefore maximizing your time and calorie burning expenditure.
The On-Trak program* is offered at our Upper Arlington location three days a week for one hour at a time. There are 3 time slots to sign-up for: Monday, Wednesday, or Friday at 2-3pm, 3-4pm, or 7:30-8:30pm.
Participants can sign-up for 5 week package ($180.00) or 10 week package ($360.00).
* Because it is a group class environment, personalized attention can be limited. If you are an individual that has previous injuries, orthopedic issues, any chronic bodily pain, or never done ANY strength training before it is recommended to start with the Six-Pack Special to get a few one-on-one sessions in. Therefore, the participant will have a better understanding of their body and what they can and cannot do.
FastTrack Program
The FastTrack helps clients who want to lose their weight, get fit and improve their muscle tone fast. We train in a small group environment in a private gym 6 days a week for 1 hour a day and help all clients see results the love FAST!
We have seen so many amazing transformations; whatever your goal is you can reach it with this program. Clients can expect to lose at least 1% of their body weight consistently every week. However the most dedicated will be able to lose more than 2% every week. You will also feel so much better within yourself, your energy levels will increase, and daily activities will become so much easier to complete.
This is a very advanced boot camp as it allows people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels to participate together. The program is very well designed that all clients will be able to push themselves at the correct level to achieve their results. The common problem with other boot camps is that the whole group does everything together and clients with special needs don’t get the care they need.
Every training session is different from the last and exercises change on a weekly basis. Training sessions always involve cardio training, resistance and core exercises. Our highly trained staff will be helping you through every exercise to help you maintain correct form and to get the most out of your body during each session.
