Senior Fitness Trainers

Sam is originally from Akron, Ohio. She attended Ohio University and graduated in June 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology.

Her activities include playing volleyball, boating, water-skiing, wakeboarding, playing games, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys helping clients achieve their goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

 

 

Josh Tann was born and raised in Columbus. He graduated from the Ohio State University in March 2003 with his bachelor’s degree in exercise science.

In his free time Josh likes exercising, playing guitar, reading and walking his two beagles. As a trainer he enjoys helping his clients meet their fitness goals. He is currently working on his doctorate of physical therapy.

 

 

 

Originally from Columbus Ohio, Lisa completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science Education at The Ohio State University in March 2009. She has since continued on at Ohio State working toward a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is expected to graduate in 2012.

Lisa has been a personal trainer at Columbus Fitness Consultants since August 2009. She enjoys working with clients toward achieving their personal goals while helping them reach their potential. Lisa enjoys activities including running, biking, rowing, volleyball, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, trying new things, and being adventurous!

Kari is originally from Mansfield, OH, and began her college career at Baldwin Wallace College. She transferred to The Ohio State University as a sophomore in and completed her B. S. in Exercise Science in 2006. Kari joined Columbus Fitness Consultants in 2007, and has enjoyed expanding her skills as a personal trainer. She likes working with people of all ages to develop and exceed their fitness goals.

Kari recently decided to go back to graduate school at the University of Findlay to pursue her M.S. in Occupational Therapy. She expects to graduate in 2012, and find a full time position in the Columbus area. She also plans on continuing with Columbus Fitness Consultants a few days a week. When she gets free time, she enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
