Sleep health directly impacts metabolic, muscular, emotional, and neural health. Our team investigates sleep habits to understand how lifestyle factors impact what happens while you sleep. We will ensure you are on the path to good sleep health through personalized assessments and testing.

Most of life should occur in an aerobic state. When we improve our aerobic health, we strengthen the system that carries out the day-to-day functions of our brain, heart, and other organs. We begin to see significant changes in the neural, cardiovascular, and endocrine systems that will extend the period of your life that is free of disease:

  • Aerobic health significantly reduces our risk of developing chronic diseases such as cancer, Dementia, Diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
  • We will measure current Vo2 to find out where you stand, plus perform blood lactate testing to develop the perfect heart rate zones for your cardiovascular exercise program.
  • Instead of learning to live with a disease, we want to help prevent you from getting a chronic disease in the first place.

Muscular strength and endurance are crucial to our ability to participate in the world around us. Muscle is the currency of aging. As we lose muscle mass with age, we become weaker. The lowest estimates of declining muscle mass after age 45 are about 10 percent per decade. By beginning or optimizing a strength training program, we can increase strength reserves to buffer the downhill trajectory of aging. The great news is that this decline can be cut in half at any age with a proper strength training program tailored to you!

Your body needs fuel to run efficiently, and the right balance of fuels is needed to run for maximum performance. This portion of the Vitality Consulting Program involves two to three meetings on a specifically tailored topic selected by you, such as “protein requirements for my age.” The goal is to give you the control to properly power your body to live the life you want.

How it Works

Our goal is to ensure you are living your best life and improving your health span. Our 12-week program is comprised of six sessions:

We encourage you to share the results with your physician to inform them of your progress and to assess your overall health.
